Letting Go of Doing It All

Lately, I’ve been noticing how easy it is to overcomplicate things, especially when life is full.

Not out of chaos, but out of care. Out of responsibility. Out of a desire to do things well.

Right now, I’m choosing to let a few things be simpler.

I’m allowing people to help me.
Lately, that’s meant letting the people who care about me actually show up.

I’m loosening my grip on the idea that I have to carry everything on my own. I’m trusting that sharing responsibility doesn’t dilute my vision, it supports it.

That looks like delegating instead of delaying. Asking instead of pushing through. Letting support show up without immediately questioning whether I’ve “earned” it.

I’m learning that clarity isn’t just about organization or planning, sometimes it’s about deciding what no longer needs to be mine.

If you’re in a season where you’re holding a lot, maybe there’s something you can release too.
A task that doesn’t need your hands.
A decision that can be shared.
A belief that says doing it all is the same as doing it well.

Not everything requires your ownership to move forward.

Sometimes the simplest thing we can do is let ourselves be supported.

Sincerely,

Maya
